§ 6-288. Inapplicability of division.

Latest version.

This division has no application to a person or a premises licensed for the sale of intoxicating liquor under the State Intoxicating Liquor Act and division 2 of this article, but any such person or premises, being a business establishment, is eligible for a permit authorized by Minn. Stats. § 340A.414.
