§ 6-108. Unlawful sale, furnishing or delivery to certain persons.

Latest version.

No person may sell, furnish or deliver in the city intoxicating liquor for any purpose to a person:
(1)

Under the age of 21 years.

(2)

Who is obviously intoxicated.

(3)

To whom sale is prohibited by this Code or other ordinance of the city or by any law of this state.
