§ 6-6. Age to deliver, sell, serve or vend.

(a)

It is unlawful for a licensee under this article or the licensee's agents or employee to allow a person under the age of 18 years to deliver, sell, serve or vend any 3.2 malt liquor or any intoxicating liquor to a person in the city.

(b)

It is unlawful for a person under the age of 18 years to deliver, sell, serve or vend any intoxicating liquor to a person in the city.
